Breadfruit, also known as luau fruit, are small fruits that are generally found on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The fruit tastes like a potato but is loaded with fiber, which makes it perfect for a healthy breakfast. It's high in Vitamin C and fiber, so is good for your heart and helps keep you full.
A yummy food source in different part of the world and endowed with different species. The rich fruit could be eaten raw or cooked to use as breakfast or dessert. This amazing food source could be used as a building material or fuel for electricity generation. It grows in stumps after being cut down for agriculturist. Artocarpus Camansi   A greenish specie of New Guinea Island. The tall and greenish tree produce a nutritious specie of Breadfruit. Breed and harvested in the warmest garden during it's season.

Treculia Africans (African Breadfruit) This specie is breeder in different Africa countries. Tasty and nutritious plant which could be eaten raw or cooked. It gives a full filling after eating and can be used as snack, desert or main meal.
